Hello,

     My name is Casey LeBrun.  I am the Manager and one of the Flight Instructors for Performance Helicopters, LLC.  I was born and raised in Sulphur, Louisiana.  My first job was for the government, (5 years in the United States Marine Corps).   

     I fell in love with helicopters on my first flight in 1982, at the age of ten years old, on a helicopter ride at the Cal-Cam fair grounds.  Due to life, I did not start out on my dream of flight until 2001 when I started taking airplane instruction.

     Through the process I have obtained the following ratings:

• Airplane Private
• Airplane taildragger endorsement
• Helicopter Private
• Helicopter Instrument
• Helicopter Commercial
• Helicopter Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• Helicopter Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
• Graduate of Vortex Helicopters Private, Instrument and Commercial Helicopter courses
• Completion of the Robinson Safety course at the Robinson Factory
• Endorsement to instruct in the R22 and R44

      With over 3000 hours total time and over 1200 hours of instruction provided, as well as commercial experience flying offshore for a Part 135 operator, I look forward to providing quality helicopter flight instruction.  Please contact me with any questions you may have.
